Ordering
All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation time. Custom orders may require additional lead time.
Pickup and Delivery
Local pickup is available at our designated location in Florida. Delivery may be available within our service area for an additional fee—please inquire when placing your order.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and business checks.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable due to preparation already underway.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.
Food Safety
All products are made in a home-based kitchen in accordance with Florida cottage food laws. Perishable items should be refrigerated promptly and consumed within the recommended timeframe for optimal freshness and safety.
